Comical Designs!

Batman! My favorite superhero! I love his action packed adventures, scandalous storylines, and that rubber suit doesn’t hurt! I’ve worked hard to be able to draw the Bat-symbol  and I wanted to show it off on my nails. This look is very simple as long as you have a steady hand. Get a picture reference for the Bat-symbol if you need one and let’s get started!

As always, I stared with O.P.I.’s Nail strengthener as my base. The light yellow is Sally Hansen’s Mellow Yellow from the Xtreem wear line. I had to use a few thick coats to get the texture right on my nails. I then pooled O.P.I’s Razzle Dazzler from their Nicole line and dipped my eyeliner brush in it and carefully pained the Bat-symbol. Take your time and if you don’t feel like you can get the tips as pointy as you like, us a toothpick to do the points. Black is the most forging polish you can use so don’t worry if you have to go over a few parts more than once. For the “DA NA NA NA” I took a small brush and dipped it in a top coat so I could mold it into a perfect straight line. I used the Razzle Dazzler again and let the brush make the lines for me. To finish it off I used Sally Hansen’s Super Shine Shinny Top Coat.

Expect more comic book inspired nails to come!
